Is it really Important to have Vitamin D? Should I take Vitamin D For My good health?

Its always advised to have natural sunlight to get vitamin-D. So, make it a habit to go out in the evening to absorb D from natural sunlight.

It is also important to take the right kind of vitamin D as well. I take vitamin D3, this is what most people are deficient in. You can get vitamin D3 from regular sun exposure, but taking it as a supplement is recommended. You also want to take it along with vitamin K2. This will make sure that your body doesn't get overloaded with D3. It acts like a broom to sweep out what your body doesn't use.

It is important to get all vitamins your body needs into your body.

Better than supplements are natural sources, one good reason to eat more fruit ;)
