Greetings from So California

Postby Tara » Wed Jun 22, 2016 4:12 am

My name is Tara and I'm from Southern California. I had rotator cuff surgery about six months ago. It was a complete tear. My surgery was about 6 months after my fall because I didn't realize how seriously I was injured and bureaucratic red tape. I had an excellent surgeon. I experienced very little pain regarding my shoulder.

My problem is the opposite shoulder. I had to rely on the other shoulder too much and it has taken its toll. The pain isn't constant, but it's enough to be more than a distraction.

Hey Tara - totally been in the same situation, lots of compensation leaving parts of my body weak while I heal the others. It's a drag.

I'm in lovely San Diego these evenings enjoying this "heat wave" (these pansies call 84 a heat wave...I was raised in bakersfield, this is orange juice weather). Writing a street away from Mission beach :D Gotta love this place, only here for a little while though.
