Unhealthy eating is responsible to get a plethora of health conditions that plague today's society. An unhealthy diet is an important risk factor for many chronic diseases and obesity, nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional Deficiencies -
Eating Packaged doesn’t supply the nutrients your body requires to remain healthy while this can help you only for the short term. Most vitamins and minerals are located in whole foods, including vegetables, fruits and lean meats. Failing to include these foods in your daily diet may result in nutritional deficiencies.

Obesity -
It will come as no real surprise that obesity is an important result of not eating healthy. Together with the increasing access to unhealthy foods and convenience foods also arrived a rise in childhood and adult obesity.

Type 2 Diabetes -
